How is the procedure performed?
We start the procedure with pre-procedure photographs, followed by the application of numbing cream for 30-45 mins on the area. After the numbing is done, we clean the area with an alcohol swab. The area is marked and the product is injected in the concerned area. After injection, moulding may be done to spread the product if required. Antibiotic cream is applied. Post-procedure photographs are taken. Overall, the procedure may take 45 mins – 1 hr.
How long the Does procedure last?
Dermal fillers last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. The duration of effect depends on the kind of product used (voluma> volite), the quantity of product, site of injection and metabolic rate of the patient. Exercise, lifestyle, hydration, and sun protection also affect the duration of fillers.
